POLYDEX FABRIC

Polydex fabric is a lightweight performance polyester blend, often combined with spandex, that is designed for sports uniforms because it is breathable, moisture-wicking, stretchy, and durable. It helps athletes stay cool and comfortable while allowing full mobility, and it also resists fading, shrinking, wrinkles, and wear from repeated washing and intense activity. Another major advantage is that it works exceptionally well with sublimation printing, producing vibrant, long-lasting team colors, logos, and designs that will not crack or peel.

SUBLIMATION

Sublimated jerseys are created using a dye-transfer process that embeds the design directly into the fabric instead of printing it on the surface. This produces lightweight, breathable uniforms with vibrant colors, sharp graphics, and unlimited customization options for logos, names, and numbers.

Because the artwork becomes part of the material itself, sublimated jerseys resist cracking, peeling, and fading even after repeated wear and washing. The result is a durable, professional-quality uniform that keeps players comfortable while maintaining a bold look all season long.

  • We currently offer fully customized basketball and volleyball jerseys and shorts as well as team/company merchandise. We are also working toward expanding our lineup to include baseball and soccer uniforms in the near future.

  • To get started, simply email us at courtcollectiveathletics@gmail.com with your inquiry and design details.

    Once everything is confirmed, you will be required to complete one of the following:

    A 50% down payment is required to begin production.

  • You can provide a finalized design or share your ideas with us, and our team will bring your vision to life. All designs will be created or reviewed with you and must be approved before your order is finalized.

    Not sure what jersey design to go with? No problem. Choose from one of our pre-made designs from our concept page, and we’ll customize it with your colours, fonts, and logos to make it uniquely yours.

  • Our standard turnaround time is 3–4 weeks from the date your 50% down payment is received and your design has been fully approved.

  • We offer international shipping. Shipping rates are calculated based on your order quantity and will be determined once the total weight of your order has been finalized.
